Went in to pick up my online order and it said It was already picked up and they couldn't find the order. The order slip was still hanging there they didn't even start it. There was hardly any veg. On it. She got one that was supposed to be extra on all veg's. But there was hardly any on it, mine was missing lettuce. The place was very unprofessional.

Literally a normal subway. Not sure why some reviews are complaining about service, it was normal. The lady even kicked out some guy who was cursing on the phone.

Vegetarian options: Doesn't have the veggie patty option, but has vegetables!

I have experienced a few Subways throughout the eastern seaboard and not al of them were up to even my standards and honestly very questionable on the cleanliness but the one that is in the downtown location of Elkins WV is definitely the one that I can comfortably visit and know just by visual serveilance that they take pride in reputation and what the customers think and I must thank the pregnant girl Kristen for going out of her obviously exhausted way to make sure everything...
