“We come here all of the time! The food is always awesome and we got our food in 4 minutes. Today I had an experience that I found really disrespectful. We had an amazing server. He was checking on us multiple times. A manager or the owner (not to sure who he was) came up to us and asked if we needed anything. I asked for a refill and a couple boxes. He got it for us but he yelled at our server. Our server was visibly upset. Our server was maybe gone for 3 minutes. There was no need to yell at him. Absolutely disgusting upper management behavior. I love this place. But that made me super bad. Do better!“
“Can’t speak for the eat-in experience here, but as we were passing through this area on the interstate we stopped to grab a taco and burrito here and were impressed with the quality compared to other Taco Bell locations. All of the ingredients were included in the amount they advertise, which I have never actually seen. The drive thru cashier was very friendly and asked if we needed sauce or napkins. Would recommend for a quick stop if you’re traveling through this part of WV.“
“The food has an absolutely amazing taste, and the service is great. The waiters were attentive and made sure we didn't run out of drinks or chips and salsa. The bathrooms were very dirty. The restaurant atmosphere Is pretty decent, it could be a little brighter though.Parking: There are several parking spots!“
“First time in this building since it was Suzi's. I'm very impressed I must say. The quesadilla was amazing. The tacos I got were beef and the flavor was excellent. We also ordered Cheese dip for the chips and it was some of the best I've had. The salsa was great too. We had our food faster than we ever had at any other Mexican restaurant and the service was great.“
“Ordered ahead and while I was told it would take 20-25 mins it took more like 40. Not a lot of communication to tell me of the delay but if I'd have known I would have ordered the margarita that WV apparently doesn't allow you to take to go. The food was very inexpensive. I fed two kids and two adults for $35 and that included way more than we could eat in a meal. The burrito was good (though could have been warmer). The fajitas were hot and I hear quite good. The rice and beans were delicious. And they gave me a huge bag of chips and plenty of very fresh salsa.“
