Okay I'm very sad to say this is not going to be the nicest review. I ordered pepperoni rolls for a graduation party. I reached out 3 separate times to ensure the rolls would make it on time so I would know to plan for a backup. I left my number and noone returned my call. I checked my order and it never updated or showed up as being shipped. They never showed up. No follow up and when I called to see if they shipped the woman on the phone was rude. I will never order again and would not recommend ordering and expecting shipping. Disappointed.

I grew up in Fairmont, so I'm very familiar with what we call Italian fast food. The pepperoni rolls are always a delight, and taste great with or without cheese.
I especially want to give kudos to the bakery in helping my mom deliver a box of pepperoni rolls as a care package since I now live in Oklahoma with my son. They were very gracious with her following mail delays in December that resulted in the order spoiling before arrival. The bad weather messed everything up. With good weather and no delays on the mail side, the pepperoni rolls arrived safe, fresh, and delicious.
Thank you for keeping one of my hometown dishes going strong!

I placed an online order for 2 dozen pepperoni rolls ($56) that took a week to be shipped and then arrived with mold on them a week later. There are no shipping options online. I should have read more reviews before ordering- this has happened to others. Calls/email to them were ignored. I am surprised that a business that has been around for so long has such poor customer service. They should get out of the online ordering business.
Do not order online and have shipped to you!!! Unfortunately, I didn't read reviews thoroughly before ordering 2 dozen rolls to be shipped to me. Although their website says that they ship out several times a week, it took them over a week to ship my order, even though I ordered on a Saturday so they should have been shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. From the time they shipped (USPS) and I received them a week later, they had mold on them and had to be thrown away. They weren't packed with dry ice or even in a box designed for perishables. When you order online, there are no shipping options. I assumed that given the nature of their product, they would know how best to ship them. I called the bakery three times to speak to the manager/owner (?) and emailed them about this, but he was either on vacation, not there, and never responded to my email. Had I read other reviews before ordering, I would not have ordered from Country Club Bakery and would have ordered Colasessano's rolls instead. I wasted $56 and am extremely disappointed in this business. My husband grew up in Fairmont (on Country Club Rd) and Country Club Bakery rolls were a family favorite. It is too bad that their customer service for their out-of-state pepperoni roll lovers is nonexistent.

Older generations of my family lived in Fairmont, my great grandparents were original customers almost 100 years ago. I grew up 400 miles south, and about once a year relatives would bring some down and our family of 5 would split a dozen. Yes, they are basic, but that is what makes them perfect! You can also dress them up with pepper sauce, cheese, etc but I prefer them as is. Excellent bread, and sometimes you get the bonus 3rd stick of pepperoni!
I was ecstatic when they started shipping them out, they were such a rare treat growing up and the idea of having a whole dozen or two for myself is amazing lol.

Wow…. Just wow!!
I spoke with someone on the phone named Chesney.. And she had to be one of the rudest people I’ve ever talked to in my whole entire life.
Very, very disappointing this is and now I am sick to my stomach.
Do better people
And please don’t let that rude woman answer the phone anymore.

Unfortunately, I can’t comment on the food or service because the bakery was closed when I arrived, despite their website and signage clearly stating they would be open. It was disappointing and inconvenient. At the very least, they should update their posted hours or share any changes on their website or Instagram to avoid wasting customers’ time.
