Had the worst experience ever at your restaurant in Pleasant Valley WV, Saturday Night 2/28/2026. Went in and was seated waitress took our drink order. We sat there looking at the menu for a long time, I stopped the waitress and asked if they did not have the loaded sweet potatoes any longer she said no, we are also out of hamburgers, catfish, some of the new chicken and we didn’t lay out okra this morning so we do not have that either. My husband and I eat at Cracker Barrel at least twice a month. We love the food. Servers are always kind and helpful. I get rewards that I sometimes forget about. When I'm asked if I want something off because of my rewards I feel like I'm special
As usual, we ordered breakfast. Apparently they plate the eggs and hash brown casserole while they cook the meat so the plated food gets cold before the meat is ready. This complaint has been reported by hundreds of people and you would think they would figure it out!
Also, the waitress asked if we would like jelly, I said yes and she replied she would bring some…… never did.
