Awesome locally owned and great wings!
Hoops makes the best wings in town!
First experience here. Only heard about it because I was meeting someone from marketplace. Ended up getting a to go order and having a beer while I waited. Friendly atmosphere, cold beer and amazing food. I will definitely be back. Thank you
