This Wendy’s location stands out for its bright, modern, and impressively clean atmosphere. The natural lighting from the large windows gives the dining area an open, inviting feel. The seating was organized and spotless, and the drink station was tidy and well-maintained. The entire place gives off a vibe that management and staff genuinely care about the store’s appearance and cleanliness. It almost feels more like a café than a fast food joint!

Service – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5)
Service was solid overall. When I walked in, the crew was actively working, though no one greeted me right away. I stood at the counter for about a minute before anyone acknowledged me—possibly because they assumed I was a DoorDash driver. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. Once I ordered, the food came out quickly and correctly… sort of. I asked for a Dave’s Single but was given a Double instead—a happy accident in this case. If it had gone the other way around, it would’ve been frustrating. That said, everything else was smooth and efficient.

Food – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5)
The burger was hot, fresh, and nicely put together. The double patty was juicy, the bun was soft, and the toppings were crisp. The fries, while flavorful, were just a touch underwhelming—lacking that extra crispness and heat that really makes them pop. Still good, just not as fresh as I’d hoped. The Tangerine Twist lemonade, however, was a refreshing bonus.

Final Thoughts:
This is definitely one of the better Wendy’s I’ve been to. The modern, clean interior and solid food quality make it a great spot for a quick meal. Minor hiccups in service and fry freshness keep it from being a full 5 stars, but it’s close. I’d absolutely return and recommend it to others passing through Fairmont.“

“Atmosphere- 4stars- this Wendy’s has been newly renovated in the last year and it shows. The dining room is a little smaller than it used to be however it is a lot nicer and was pretty clean. I liked the new tables.

Service- 4 stars- the girls behind the counter were very friendly- nice to see that- so hard to find friendly fast food workers anymore. They were polite and even wished us a blessed night as we were leaving.

Food- 4 stars- I had not been to a Wendy’s to eat in quite some time (years actually) because it seemed that the quality had gone downhill so I was pleasantly surprised to find the food fresh and very tasty. I got a single with cheese (no ketchup) extra cheese and it was correctly made to order!!! It actually looked appetizing. Also got the baconinator cheese fries and they were also very good- the bacon was crispy and the cheese was hot. We also got the grilled ranch chicken wrap which was my favorite. The chicken was really good with just the right amount of ranch. I hope this location keeps doing what they are doing and I will be back.“
