“We love Nikkos. It's one of our favorite restaurants and we visit often. I was shocked today to see an automatic 18% gratuity for our party of 2. Apparently it's a new policy that applies to all diners, no matter the party size. Now we always tip 20% or more, but to not even be told about the 18% ahead of time was absurd. I'm sure there is a reason for it, but it's a shame that now you won't be getting as large of a tip from us because you put 18% on there and don't tell people.“

“Each time we’ve ordered from Tokyo Steakhouse, it has been a consistently wonderful experience. The food is flavorful and always prepared to perfection. I highly recommend the Chicken Hibachi, which is delicious , and the Alaska Roll, which has quickly become a favorite.
We’ve ordered quite a variety of dishes from here, and every item has exceeded our expectations. What stands out even more is the service—it’s always top-tier. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience, making this restaurant a go-to for anyone who enjoys excellent food and exceptional service. Highly recommend!“

“The owner has always been absolutely wonderful and loving each time I or my husband come. The owner knows I can only handle very little food but my childhood favorite from a neighbor who owned Chins restaurant in Cleveland Ohio would always make me won ton soup when I was sick and the grandma would feed it to me and always helped. Red lantern is the only place that has made it exactly how I remember and I've never experienced bad food or service and I highly recommend them. I would suggest those leaving bad reviews, instead you need to bring it to their attention at that time and they will always make it right. I love this place and how caring and loving they are each time we order or my husband comes in.“
