She was ahead of me and on top of every next move. I let my hair down, laughed, caught up with family and friends , I savored the moment ! I can’t express my gratitude to Ally and her team. They were so kind and warm, always taking care of us. We enjoyed their full experience. Rehearsal dinner, wedding day with the works, and next morning brunch. “I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is! I live out of town and was having my wedding in Fayetteville. Lewis and his team hosted me and my bridal party for a dinner. Lewis was incredibly easy to work with and the staff went above and beyond…not to mention the food was delicious! Also, shout out to our waitress Jess! She effortlessly handled my crazy crew and was an absolute joy. I can’t wait to visit again!”

“Had breakfast/brunch on a Saturday, party of 5, wait time was 30 minutes. The menu selection is good, with a broad variety of choices. You self place your order at the counter, and food is brought to your table. I ordered the omelette, it was good but a little dry, and just ok. The bagel with salmon was very tasty. I also enjoyed a blackberry bourbon ice tea, refreshing and tasty.”

“We live about 300 miles from this long John’s but it’s at our halfway point between our home and our destination in TN - we go a few times a year. This is our go-to stop.

The staff, especially the manager, are amazing and consistently kind to us. We travel with two young children (3 and u see) and they always are so accommodating. The bathroom’s clean and fully stocked, too.

It seems silly, but I look forward to our stop at this location every trip! Keep up the good work!”

“I’ve frequented and studied at A LOT of Starbucks around the country and this one truly goes ABOVE and BEYOND with their customer service!
I stopped in here a day before the New River Gorge Bridge Day Event to do some studying and for the first time ever I was offered a sample at my table. It might not seem like much to get a small sample, but they put in the extra effort and it shows they actually care about their job; A little goes a long way! It’s the simple things like observing caring relationships between the employees and local regulars as they remake drinks with a smile, ensuring perfection during the morning rush, and making sure customers leave satisfied too. Good job guys keep it up and share what you’re doing with corporate! I wish all Starbucks were this genuine.”
