“We stopped at Dixie’s yesterday. The owner came out and greeted us in the parking lot to let us know they were having a little event for friends and family and that their first day open would be Wednesday. He was very nice and offered us ice cream which was excellent and invited us back for opening day. The ice cream is over the moon good and I can’t wait to try the food. Thank you for the hospitality!”

“This is another must stop while visiting hawks nest. Always friendly and a great stop. Stopped last weekend and my kid loved the place. Especially the ice cream. I recommend stopping by here anytime your in the area

Parking: There's a handful of parking. Just be alert because it is right off a curve on the highway and alot of cars and motorcycles tend to be driving fast through there

Kid-friendliness: It's really kid friendly. The guy let my 8 year old have free samples of ice cream while trying to decide what flavor. They also have neat stuff kids would like

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see a wheelchair ramp. Only a few steps. The way the inside is laid out, I would not recommend bringing a wheelchair inside. Imo.”

“So, I've had some less than stellar experiences with our hometown Ansted Gino's. It frustrated me that I would call in or do an order online only to arrive and my order not even be started . So we took a long hiatus. Last night I decided to place a carryout order after a long day. What a night and day difference! My order was taken by a friendly employee I later found out was Karrie Clackler. She was all smiles and friendly when I picked up my order, which was ready! Our order was also delicious. So I'm giving credit where credit is due. I see huge improvements and I'm happy I gave it a second chance.”

Parking: They have a very large parking lot in front of the restaurant, as well as having a lot of parking in the back of the restaurant, if you'd prefer to come in the back entrance by the deck, outside eating area.

“I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is! I live out of town and was having my wedding in Fayetteville. Lewis and his team hosted me and my bridal party for a dinner. Lewis was incredibly easy to work with and the staff went above and beyond…not to mention the food was delicious! Also, shout out to our waitress Jess! She effortlessly handled my crazy crew and was an absolute joy. I can’t wait to visit again!”

“Amazing restaurant! It is conveniently located near shops in Fayetteville, and they have plenty of parallel parking spots. The food is incredible. They have breakfast foods like pancakes, eggs, bacon, french toast, hash browns, etc. Their drink menu is fabulous! I got the vanilla oat milk matcha and it was fantastic! Additionally, they have a little souvenir/artisan shop on the upper level. It’s all around a great place with great food and awesome architecture!”
