“After the first three restaurants we tried nearby were closed on Tuesdays, we stumbled into Cafe One Ten with a bit of desperation. The restaurant is spacious but a tad outdated, and only a few patrons were there when we entered, but the service was quick and friendly. In the end, we were pleasantly surprised. The prices weren't bad, and the food was good, especially the fried catfish and macaroni. I've never seen a Texas toast-style hotdog bun, so points for creativity! Personally, it was a bit too much buttery bread for a hotdog, but I can't say it wasn't tasty. If you're looking for light fare, the menu offers salads, but this probably isn't your best bet. The warm, local vibe is hard to beat, though. Thank you to Cafe One Ten for rescuing our Tuesday lunch!“
“We had a very enjoyable dinner at Smokey's thanks to our server River. She made our time there very pleasant and welcoming. My husband mentioned it was my Birthday so she offered a complimentary dessert for us to share. The food was tasty, atmosphere great, service excellent!“
“I consider myself a pizza snob, and I rarely get pizza outside of NJ, NY, and CT. I was pleasantly surprised that this place both put together a very solid crust, but also got very creative with the toppings on it. They did many things that a pizzeria in Jersey would consider sacrilege, Elote Pizza? Pad Thai Pizza? Cubano Pizza? The chef definitely get high before he comes up with these ideas. But somehow it works and they make delicious pizza. So even if your a Jersey boy like me try to open your mind and give this place a shot. These southerners know how to make a pizza.“
