This is definitely one of those been there done that wont be repeating it. The food was so Americanized it bore no relation to Mexican food at all. The best I can say is I wont be going to bed hungry and the portiin size was pretty good.
I had the server prepare me a steak burrito with pico, rice, cheese, and guacamole. The burrito was a nice portion and well made. The item was cold, not even warm. I was afraid of getting sick from inappropriate food temperatures. Temperature should be above 140° to help prevent food born illness. My food was around 75°. What a shame, because I have been wanting to try the food for a long time. Digital thermometers are sold at the connecting Pilot gas station.
