I will admit, I have had a prior negative experience at this establishment, but I can see a lot has changed these past few months. The employees were polite, quick, and accurate. I’m happy to say they made THAT SANDWICH ??? very delicious!

3 months ago I ordered on the app and went to pick it up via drive thru. I get home open my subs up and it looked as if there were no toppings on them. A month later, I ordered again but this time I picked x2 all toppings and guess what once again it as if I was eating slivers of lettuce, mayo and turkey. I called to complain and I was told you can return the subs and they will be made. Everyone knows around there people live 30mins away. Why the hell should I have to make another...

Meh. employee didn't know how to roll my wrap. However he did Apologize. I don't understand why people aren't trained to properly roll these. It's the same every Subway that I've been at. Only about three people I've ever had that could successfully roll a wrap and I could eat without losing all my toppings. ?
