“I've been to this store quite a few time, it was always pleasant but never noteworthy. Today, I was having an awful day and just wanted some food I didn't have to cook while on a budget. I call, and the gentleman proceeds to explain I could get a better deal on my order with a BOGO of the 2 items I wanted. It made my day that he went out of his way to take the time to tell me how to save some money, especially while I'm budgeting. When I got there I spoke to the manager and praised the worker for a job well done in customer service and care as well as told her how I was feeling and why it meant so much to me. The manager gave me a motivational sticker to help brighten my day, and it meant a lot to have that level of service and care with my simple food order. Thank you, Harper Road Gino's. I will DEFINITELY be back! Also, pizza was amazing as usual (always get extra cheese and some garlic dip!) and the baked spaghetti with garlic bread was delicious too! ??“

“We stopped here to grab something to eat. We are from Ohio and have never had Gino's. The breadsticks were amazing! The pizza was delicious. And our waitress Rita was the sweetest! She went above and beyond for us. If we ever come back through, we will definitely stop again!“

“I always have a great experience with this location. There are a few locations in the Beckley area but this one is the best by far. If there is ever any issue with anything they will make it right no matter what. I don't know why but the food is always really good here and 10 times better than the other locations.“

“I have had a few issues at this Pizza Hut, but you can count on them making it right!! They have good food and they always have our pickup orders ready fast! “Driving through from out of town and popped in for a bite and my goodness, I ain't ever in all my days wanted to tavel 7 hours back up for a damn peperoni roll. This was this past Saturday at around 7 pm as well, they still seemed fresh and amazing.“
