Staff was very friendly with what little staff was there the are always under staff 1 person in front and 1 in the kitchen I would would quit if I had to work like that do everyone in grafton a faver and shut the place down or learn how to run a restaurant or maybe some of the people working in the office she come and work at a store for a week or maybe we’ll get lucky and a pull the franchise from the owner to the staff that there look for a different job you all deserve better
The negativity of the female employee with red/orange hair is absolutely absurd. She is extremely unprofessional and has horrible customer service skills. I have been here several times and tried my best to give her the benefit of the doubt but she continues to disrespect her customers on a day to day basis. The only good thing about this place is their oreo shakes. That's it. The staff are rude, the managers are rude, and the food sucks the last time I actually ate here I found a hair on my sandwhich. NASTY. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
