Very good food, some of the best barbecue in the Huntington and Charleston areas; excellent service. A great asset for the town of Hamlin.
Food was good, but waiting time it’s was really really long.( two hot dogs and salad) We had to wait one and half hours.

The 3-meat platter, featuring pulled chicken, pulled pork, and brisket, is a popular choice, although some found the meats to be a bit dry. The bacon cheddar fries make for a tasty appetizer, though the portion size is small. While the sides of baked beans and coleslaw were satisfactory, the unavailability of the initially requested sides was disappointing. The smoked chicken club sandwich, despite lacking some expected toppings, was still enjoyed by the customer. The restaurant's selection of sauces and the fresh, timely service were highlights. Overall, Carnivore BBQ provides a satisfactory dining experience with room for improvement in certain areas.
