McDonald's has friendly and outgoing staff, serving good Nuggets. However, some customers have experienced cold fries. Despite this, the restaurant has a consistent issue with hiring, favoring applicants with open availability. Some long-time customers have noticed a decline in food and service quality, leaving them unhappy with their recent visits.
