Snow riders wouldn't give us a full refund for a family of five even though it was pouring with rain and had we gone ahead, it would have been utterly miserable. Really poor. I would advise people only to pay on the day when the weather is good, and not to book.

Place is not about having fun! Pay to have a fire pit and pay a fee for each person to stand around it! Stayed around to get our moneys worth but won’t be back !

Worst place ever in the tristate area! We got yelled at for everything! This place is an over priced kids park! They charge you for two hours. You think your going to get the place to yourself because you have to make reservations to go! But nope! Fifth teen mins after your arrival another group comes in. Less runs for you! And you have to watch a safety video that takes up more time! You cant ride on your stomach, you cant go down backwards, you cant do couples riding….. what do you honestly sign a waiver for? And to top it off the snow melts and the lanes shut down because the grass is peaking through. Didnt even want to try the food with the prices of the hour and half ride! Which by the way you only get maybe 5 runs with the amount of people they allow on there. Dont you dare walk up the “magic carpet” to try and speed up your time to the top cause youll get hollered at for that too. Honestly Whitetail is only 30 mins away and liberty is an hour. Id rather travel then ever come back to this place!

Our school recently had the pleasure of partnering with Snow Riders to host a reward trip for our students, and we couldn't have been more impressed! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and incredibly fun. The staff was friendly, professional, and organized, ensuring that everything went smoothly for our large group. They made sure all safety protocols were in place and gave thorough instructions, so everyone felt comfortable. The venue was well-maintained, the tubing runs were fast and fun, and the fire pits and hot chocolate station was a perfect spot for our students to warm up and relax before their next run. Snow Riders also catered our lunch. They provided several options for our students, were mindful of allergies, and everything was fresh and delicious. Snow Riders truly helped make our reward trip a huge success. If you're looking to host a fun, safe, and memorable outing for a large group, we highly recommend Snow Riders.

My family and I went tubing at Snow riders with Blue Star Families Sheila & George Casey National Capital Region Chapter and had an amazing time! The place was really well organized. They had their magic carpet set to a speed that was just right so you didn't have to wait in a long line at the top of the hill and traffic moved smoothly. The tubing was fast and fun!!

Our group consisted of 3 adults and 4 children under the age of 9. Snow Riders even though they were busy kept the lines moving quickly. We never had to wait long at all. They were very helpful with the kids, who were all having a blast. We were able to go so many times which meant we got our money's worth, let's be honest that always makes the adults happy. Also, the lanes were super fast! It was a memory non of us will forget! Thank You!

Took our friend for her birthday. We had an absolute blast! We rented a fire pit and that was definitely a nice add on being it was very cold. Super grateful for the magic carpet to get us all up the hill without having to walk it. I’m so glad we have such a fun place to go that is so close to home to enjoy the winter as well. Staff was very nice and fun. Cool little gift shop at check in. We didn’t stop in the Alehouse but I’m sure it was great too. Overall 10/10 and we will be back!!! Thanks for a great birthday evening for my friend.

We loved tubing at night with the lights & music. Friendly staff & we were able to get back up the magic carpet quickly.

Snow Riders hosted my daughters softball teams Christmas party. A great time was had by all!! They not only took great care of the team on the snow hill but had a wonderful room we were able to rent for their gift exchange where they even had provided sandwiches and soup. Santa and the Yeti even showed up wich was awesome! A huge thanks to everyone at Snow Riders for going above and beyond for the Panhandle Crush Team!!!

We had our team Christmas party at Snow riders. Everyone had a great time. Danielle was very helpful with setting up the party and Mike was awesome with the kids on the hill. It’s a great spot close to home. Love that they had a hot chocolate truck and fire pits. Everyone in our group said they would be back for another visit!

Our family had an incredible time at Snow Riders during our first visit! With three teenage boys, we’re always looking for fun activities, and Snow Riders definitely delivered! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff was. Check-in was a breeze, and we were on the tubing hill in no time. One of the best things was how minimal the wait times were, which meant more time tubing and less time standing around. The "Magic Carpet" was such a cool way to get back to the top—smooth, quick, and efficient! The atmosphere really added to the experience, with vibrant lights and upbeat music that created an exciting, fun vibe. We’re so glad we bought season passes because we’ll definitely be coming back throughout the winter. If you’re looking for an awesome winter adventure in West Virginia, Snow Riders is the place to go! Highly recommend it! ❄️🎉
