Ashley was our server and did such a fantastic job! I LOVE that she was welcoming to everyone and that she's accommodating and remembers her regulars well! The food was outstanding, fresh, and made to order! Chefs definitely did not skimp on anything! We had an outstanding experience for our first time! I 100% recommend to everyone! Thanks Kings for the best experience here in WV!

I asked the server for a small side of plain pasta for my 2 year old to eat. No sauce - no butter….just a small pile of plain noodles. They charged me $12.95. When I asked the manager if the price could be lowered because I didn’t get sauce or any side of bread etc they insisted that was the children’s menu item price. We ordered plenty of other food, drinks, and dessert. I am in disbelief they wouldn’t price adjust for us. Adding on a separate credit card processing fee without making the customer aware is also very scammy. They must be struggling. I won’t be back.

Spaghetti was overcooked, sauce was bland, meatballs were burnt and tasted like paper (what is the meat? Filler has zero flavor). Given 2nd salad but ordered onion rings. Italian was not hot but instructed the order taker to put onion & tomato on after heating. Terrible tonight, other problems in the past, WE WILL NOT BE BACK. This store has been going down hill every month in the past year. Never a problem in Falling Waters store. They seem on top of everything!

Just waisted an hour and a half of my time !! After going over the order repeatedly!!!! I get home after working 13 hours only ti find out I still have nothing to eat !

We live between Berkeley Springs and Hedgesville, and decided to try King's for the first time, on the way home from visiting family. Restaurants in Berkeley Springs are terrible.We ordered the chicken and broccoli alfredo, the chicken parm with spaghetti, and a slice of tiramisu.Upon picking up the food, the restaurant itself is clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and professional. We got home, and the food was amazing!! Everything fresh, and flavorful, and really generous portions. So glad we finally found a gem of a restaurant! We definitely will be back!

We have gotten take out pizza and subs several times and never disappointed. The pizza is awesome and always ready when you arrive to take out. We visited as a family Sunday and were greeted immediately and given a nice booth in the larger back dining room. I got the fettucine and it was delicious and so much had to take rest of it home for lunch the next day. Husband got spaghetti and meatballs and ate every bit and said it was awesome. My son got a sub which was huge and said it was great. Pepperoni rolls for my daughter-in-law and granddaughter were great. We will surely return for dine-in as very nice to have a great server and great food (menu ranges from subs to full dinners with salad and garlic bread). Felt very welcomed and very clean and nice restaurant.

This is probably the 3rd or 4th time we've been overcharged for items and given a lame excuse as to why. Telling me there's upcharges for this and that. And even WITH the upcharges they claimed it would've still been $6 LESS than what I was charged. But because you never get a receipt which actually shows your order, they can charge whatever they want and hope you don't notice. They ONLY good thing I can say about this place is the super nice lady and her son that work at the front. I'm sorry on THEIR behalf that I have to leave this review. But I'm sick and tired of getting ripped off from this place. And if you order her, make sure you total it up yourself before u walk out being overcharged.

It all depends on what waitress you get can make it a Five or a one. All the waitresses at this location are amazing except for the old lady with blonde hair very nasty you don't have to worry about a bad taste in your mouth cuz she has that covered I wish I knew her name but I'm fine not knowing it. I frequent kings a lot but if I see her thru the window I go next door for Chinese food
