“customer service sucks. order placed in drive thru rung up incorrectly and manager accused me of ringing it up wrong. when explained I didn't she mumbled under her breath but was cussing me. told her I didn't appreciate it and she lied and said she was saying something else. when I said I heard her she rudely stated "it's called freedom of speech. read up on it." someone in customer service should not speak to or treat customers that way. they have made my orders wrong on multiple occasions and charged me the wrong price and refused to correct it. mobile orders not brought out even when no one in drive thru to wait on. be prepared to wait in either drive thru lane while 5-6 cars in other lane orders are taken before you. it's gotten so much worse in last year.“
