The meat from my sandwich from this Arby's on 5th was hard, dried and black (see picture). Absolutely disgusting. When I went to the counter to complain there were no employees to be found. I will never return. This was not the first time to get old meat, but the worst. This was Dec 2nd 10:30am 2025.

placing food on wipe down counters and just throw the meat on the scale before serving Treat the meat as if you was eating not just serving a dog. Never again will I come there. This is the 3rd time it happened with different staff so obviously nobody cares... Don't eat there

Love their Chicken Bacon Swiss sammies!! The fries were nice and hot too! Drive-thru service was fine. A little wait, but nothing terrible.
Arby's is an overall nice experience and I would recommend it to anyone. I like the fact that it is fairly priced and that the service time is satisfactory.
Went during a marshall game so parking lot was packed which ok atleast the drive through was empty. Only issue I had was the price for the cheese to be added on.
