They always make good desserts. There is one young, dark headed girl who works there. Unfortunately, the last 2 times (evening time on 11/29/24 & 12/9/24 evening time) we were there, she worked. She is so rude. When she waits on us, she makes it like we're bothering her. She doesn't need to be working with the public if she's going to act like that.
Came in on a Saturday to a very large line! I can see why this place is so popular. Regardless of the line size, I didn't have to wait very long. The staff was friendly and served a lot of people in a short amount of time! Management has done well in this respect, as you don't see this level of service as much anymore.

I cannot say enough about how great our experience was today! I gave a kiddo with a peanut allergy and they washed the scooper and got a new bucket of ice cream out, so she could have some. I will always recommend Austin’s going forward!
