Decided to try out Bask on Saturday about 6p for dinner. The restaurant was full, so we chose to sit at the bar. The interior had a cool southwest vibe (but not overdone). Fun art work display. They had already sold out of the wontons (sad, but will definitely go back for them!) so we ordered the pork belly burnt ends and onion rings. Both were wonderful, the burnt ends were flavorful and tender, onion rings were large rings and crispy. So good, I recommended them to a customer...
I got the wings as an appetizer and they were cooked perfectly. The sauce was decent, but had zero heat even though it was supposedly a “Texas Hot” BBQ.
I had the steak sandwich for my entree and that was delicious as well. My girlfriend had the smash burger and it had good flavor too.

Evan was our server and he was definitely new to serving but he was nice and attentive and gave good recommendations for us. I always try the pulled pork as my first dish at a BBQ restaurant and the one I had at Bask did not disappoint. Great smoke flavor and very tender. I'm not a huge coleslaw fan, but their coleslaw was pretty solid....
