Tony and I got back into West Virginia last night and decided to stay over in Huntington at the Hilton's Doubletree Hotel.We decided to have a low key late dinner in the bar there. It is very nice and extremely large. Great for a large reunion or wedding function.We ordered some chicken cheese quesadillas and some hot chicken wings with Tony getting a few Budweisers and then I ordered my usual Unsweetened Tea with Lemon & Lime.The food and service was very goodDefinitely...
Reception area was very good but the rooms & communal areas let the hotel down. The breakfast room had a huge bin in the middle (not so appealing)! We paid via booking.com but then the hotel charged us again, they did rectify this when I told them. Valet parking was approx $10 & they were great - the receptionist did highlight we could park for free across the road after 6pm. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. Personally I would ditch the cookie on arrival...
