They do everything right; personally, my favorite breakfast place anywhere I've traveled. The menu is designed properly for a quick, complete breakfast that's filling but doesn't weigh you down. The service is friendly and fast. The environment is simple, open, and it fits nicely into the shared market space.

1. You order and pay at the counter, they bring your food to you, and they clean up after you. I like the ability to just stand up and leave when I'm finished, without either waiting for my check or returning my tableware.

2. Coffeeshop quality coffee at a breakfast joint. They have a fantastic nitro cold brew. Also, they served it in a to-go cup. It's highly unlikely I'm going to finish an entire large cold-brew over the course of a quick breakfast, so it's nice to have a takeaway drink but still dine with quality tableware (no trays, paper placemats, etc.).

3. The french toast is done with a perfect light egg wash, not the typical eggy brioche slab you'd find at an upscale restaurant, and not the mass-produced sandwich bread you'd find at a simple diner.

4. Their side of fruit isn't the common melon-dominated bowl of honeydew and cantaloupe with a few random berries tossed in. They served me fresh strawberries, blueberries, and sliced banana. Fortunately, these all pair exceptionally, and I allocated a portion of the generous serving to topping the french toast, complimenting to the whipped cream.

I was in Huntington for a 3- day convention this past weekend and I got lunch from here.

I got a goat cheese and bacon grilled cheese sandwich. It was so good! I would 100% recommend this place at the market building for sure….

I had what amounted to a breakfast sandwich and orange juice and it cost almost $17. It wasn't that much better than a sausage McMuffin from McDonald's. I will not go back. Just way too expensive for what I ordered.

While I do not need GF, the Pancakes & Bacon were deliciousio. Did not taste like there were any GF compromises.

Get the sausage - it was amazing.

My wife’s sandwich was also fantastic.

Really enjoyed our bacon and goat cheese sandwiches. All gluten-free and celiac approved! Cute little food court style along with a few local stores and open seating.
