Meat was dry and burnt, it tastes like eating charcoal off a grill. No queso on one bowl, no sour cream on the other. Finding random onions and peppers in the bowl, didn’t ask for anything with onions or peppers. Left them a good tip and food is garbage. Will go to qdoba next time

The restaurant was nasty. When asked for the tables to be cleaned off, staff got an attitude. The tables had been wiped off with a greasy cloth, floors had food and trash everywhere. Windows had food and you couldn’t see out from staff using a greasy cloth to clean them. The plastic ware container was filled with food and unsanitary.

Online ordered with extra fajita veggies but received none? I thought the portions were back to normal but my salad had nearly no lettuce. This chipotle isn't good anymore.

This location is alright. Service depends on the employee. I've encountered a very pleasant female employee who has a good attitude towards making the food, and another somewhat aloof male employee (round guy) who was the opposite.

My husband and I went to this location on sat Dec 21,2024 at 830p to order 2 bowls with brisket. When we looked at the meat it was dry and burnt, and this also included the steak and chicken. We asked if fresh meat can be cooked the server stated it will take a little time to cook, but the cook took one look at us and addressed us in a hostile manner and refused to cook the meat stating he shut the grill down. Meanwhile, they don't close until 11pm. The manager also proceeded to address us in a hostile manner. We explained we drove 2 hours to get here to eat the manager stated she did not care and she proceeded to throw us out of the restaurant. Why should a couple have to eat old dry burnt food, and be treated like garbage???, I will never return to Chipotle again

They stop making cooked veggies with 2.5 hours to go and just don't make anymore. Could at least give people free guacamole or something, why not make more with 2.5 hours left?!?! If you order online you dont get any notice online that they stop cooking veggies when they run out with 2.5 hours left and they do this all the time.
Food and service was fine but they were out of white rice, sour cream and guac. They had a sign posted at the start of the serving line that they were out of these items. My order was fine as I had just run the Marshall University Marathon so I was hungry. Maybe they had a rush of people from the race and that is why they were out?
