Imagine this, you just work a 10 hour shift at a fast food joint and finally get off work, you decide to order chipotle since you earned it after a long busy day. You get there before close drive home tired as well but excited for the well deserved food. Open your order and started to eat it…after two bites you noticed that you are missing your lettuce, cheese, and veggies. Thinking maybe it’s down time n the middle take a few more bites still no lettuce, cheese or veggies. What in the world?? This isn’t what I order and is SUPER disappointing was expecting a few delicious meal after a long day and it turned into a disappointment.

Usually great service and food but the last two weeks has been a different experience. I’ve stopped three times in the last two weeks around 10:15 pm. First time they were out of fajitas vegetables, second time out of fajitas vegetables, and third time on July 26th out of fajitas vegetables and lettuce. I understand it usually 40-45 minutes before close but at this point I’m ready to go else where.

I ordered a side of guacamole and chips and brought them home and opened the small cup to find brown guac...if everything is made fresh daily there is no way it would be brown and it tasted funny. I threw it away..it's not cheap either. When schools in session the food is better. The Barboursville WVa location is much better than Huntington and the servers are friendly too!!!!!

I went here yesterday. They were busy and there was a long line. I placed my order and once I was going to pay, I was informed that they can't take my gift card. There were no signs on the door or in the restaurant. Such a waste of time. So the food I ordered goes into the garage, Im leaving frustrated and hungry. Start posting signs stating if you aren't accepting gift cards so we aren't wasting my time and your food!

Just left with probably the skimpiest bowl I’ve ever had. Used to be able to come in and get great portions of everything you would want. They acted as if they were running out of ingredients. Hardly any rice (which is what they normally load you with) and barely put and meat in. Asked for extra veggies and literally grabbed 3 strands of peppers so had to ask for extras three times. Will only do the one in Barboursville from now on.

Every time I come to this chipotle I get reminded why I don’t. This time around they gave me a spoonful but then poured half the portion out back to the container leaving with me about a third of the serving spoon. When I asked for extra, I don’t even think I got a full spoon worth of whatever it was I ordered. Not to mention, grainy queso and stale chips. :( Portions are egregiously small compared to the Barboursville one. Just save your trip and go to the Barboursville one if you have the time.
