One of a few dunkin' donuts stores that gets my coffee right every time I come

I don’t understand the negative reviews for this place… I’ve been going to this Dunkin almost daily for over a year. The staff is kind, easy to get along with, and very fast with orders. Some staff even remember my order and know what I want as soon as they hear my voice. The drinks are great, donut's are fantastic and always fresh. The longest I ever waited on a drink was less than 5 minutes and that was during rush hours.

I got the cookie butter latte today! Yummy yummy yummy I really liked it. I usually get this when I’m having a bad day so when I get surprised by a a lil cookie crumble it’s a real treat! They say America runs on Dunkin’ but today Mia is running on Dunkin’!!!! God bless amen!

The donuts are usually pretty good, but the service is woeful. The employees act like you are a burden, and how dare you come in the store and mess up what they were doing. It's been like this every time I've went.
I'd rather drive 10 miles out of my way for a donut than go back.

Received the ABSOLUTE worst Dunkin service I’ve ever experienced. Visiting family from out of town. I am a regular at Dunkin so much so that multiple locations at home know me by name. The guy wouldn’t even look us in the eyes. No greeting. Nothing to say. BEYOND rude. So disappointing. 10/10 do not recommend

Worst customer service at a coffee shop I've ever been to. The guy who took our order didn't even look up from the screen, was very rude, and screwed the order up. Most of the staff seemed unprofessional and were cursing loudly in earshot of customers.
