I stopped by for a quick breakfast today and had time to go inside the store. I was not greeted when I came in, except for someone yelling “there’s someone out front.” The girl who came up was less than enthusiastic about taking my order. When I asked about what was in one of the coffees, she sighed and looked it up on the computer. Never once recommending anything or asking what I was looking for. Also, while I was waiting on my order, there was another worker standing at the drive thru eating, what I guess was her breakfast.
The food was delicious, and the coffee too, but would not recommend eating inside. It’s very disappointing.

My husband drove 45 minutes to get dunkin doughnuts only to get there to find out they had no chocolate covered ones and didn't even have any glazed ones. He was wanting a couple dozen and couldn't even get any very disappointing. For a place open till midnight you would think you would keep doughnuts 🍩 readily available. Ended up going to Jolly Pirates for them. Do better

Literally have never been to another store in my life with such arrogant, ignorant, violent hostile employees.. Messed up on my order, not once but twice, Burnt my sandwich to a literal crisp to where you could see that it was black from outside the wrapper, Then wanted to get confrontational and get in my boyfriend’s face and threatened to fight him all while snickering in the back about some nude comments that were made towards him. Already contacted corporate, gave them a store number and location with the problem along with the employees in the back smoking marijuana. They were actively smoking a blunt when I was leaving. I have them on video dashing the blunt on the side of the building lol. All of that staff is about to get terminated lolololololol

The people were very nice. The egg bites were somehow cold and didn’t taste good. I’m not sure how the prepare them, but at other Dunkins they’re always too hot to eat right away. I ordered through the drive through so I didn’t go back to get a replacement.

I don’t understand the negative reviews for this place… I’ve been going to this Dunkin almost daily for over a year. The staff is kind, easy to get along with, and very fast with orders. Some staff even remember my order and know what I want as soon as they hear my voice. The drinks are great, donut's are fantastic and always fresh. The longest I ever waited on a drink was less than 5 minutes and that was during rush hours.
I got the cookie butter latte today! Yummy yummy yummy I really liked it. I usually get this when I’m having a bad day so when I get surprised by a a lil cookie crumble it’s a real treat! They say America runs on Dunkin’ but today Mia is running on Dunkin’!!!! God bless amen!
