Just want to leave a positive review on Eric at the west end location. Great customer service & amazing pizza! You were killing it in the most extreme heat conditions all by yourself. Kudos to you & I truly hope you are compensated & appreciated for your hard work!

While the food is almost always amazing... you are best to just do pickup. If and when they do have a delivery driver... they consistently forget to deliver half your food. Does no good to call... they never answer the phone. Ha! Ive been so disappointed the last several times we have ordered that Im just gonna take my business elsewhere. Their breadsticks are my absolute favorite thing ever.... but not tonight.... completely burnt.

Food is almost always good... just do yourself a favor and order pickup... and double check your order before you leave!

If weaponized incompetence needed an example, it would be the people who answer the phone and take the order. The greeting is always friendly but it takes a nose dive from there. Rude, consistently, and ordering is always an unpleasant experience. They make you repeat your order for each item repeatedly like ordering a cheese pizza is unheard of and an insult to them personally. They talk to you like you’re dumb, ask for your name, number and address repeatedly and repeat it back incorrectly several times and once you finally finish they make you ask for a time.

The food, always good.

If they even have a driver that day, usually good and timely, though the wait WILL be longer the more rude the person taking the order is.

WOW!! I am NEVER eating at Gino’s in the west end EVER AGAIN!!!

So my boyfriend and I ordered food last night and had it delivered, it’s was $38 we gave them $45… well I just got a phone call from their delivery driving cussing me out telling me I ordered food today and no one was there to get it and how would I know he was at the place I work at if I didn’t order it (even tho I told him I work there and my number is attached to that address) and he continued to say that they’re never taking an order from us or delivery there again, and once I asked for the manager and tried to explain that maybe the computer messed up because last night we ordered food not today he continued to keep flipping out on me and then hangs up. Was absolutely so ridiculous & if that’s how their delivery driver talks to people he needs fire!!

We were disappointed this time with our order. The steaks sandwiches were hard
The bread wasnt softest was in the oven to long the meat was tough like someone fried it to fast. cheese and banana peppers added to the sandwich Luke ut was an oversight and rushed with hardly any on the order. All 3 steaks sandwiches was this way. Bith orders of onion rings was burnt and hard we couldnt eat them.

With all that being said I would still order again for thr fact most of the time the orders are spot on. It must have been and over my busy evening

The restaurant is always clean even when they have been busy which says a lot about the manager on duty and the staff. They seem to take pride in their job. Everyone is always nice and polite even when its apparent they are covered up. This is one of the nest places inhave found honest since I moved to Huntington back during the summer.

We ordered 2 lg pizzas tonight. My husband we t and picked them up. Yes its his fault for not checking them but when he got them home neither had the correct toppings on them. We ordered pepperoni, sausage, and Xtra cheese and got mushrooms amd onions. Not even close to what we ordered. He drove all the way from Ashland just to get Ginos pizza and was so disappointed! Had to go spend a other $50 just so we cld have dinner tonight!!

Had a pizza delivered to my mom and there were some problems, totally my fault, but the delivery person was so kind she made sure my mother's pizza was delivered.
