The last few times that I've ordered pizza or breadsticks, they are overly done! Like to the point you can't even eat the crust because it's so hard. They seriously need to turn that oven down!!!! Also I go to all Gino's locations and this is the only one that the food isn't up to par. I hope they fix the oven.

So let me tell you right now about Ginos on Norway Linda the young lady working tonight was so kind and helpful. She made sure that me and my lady had to buy one get one free she got our bread correct because my lady likes garlic bread and I like butter bread. She also made sure that I got my lasagna and my lady has to have her baked spaghetti. She was absolutely amazingand the other people that were in the staff were also great people. I normally love Gino's but I have had a problem of them not answerinh the phone between 8 and 10 o'clock. I work late and would love to have some food when I come home they really need to answer the phone. Js y'all slacking
