Giovanni's Pizza of Huntington

We love coming to trivia on Tuesdays. However, after the new owners have taken over, things are not as great. We usually eat salad and wings as a “healthier” alternative to pizza. They have cut the size of the salads to side salads. Which is sad in itself, we would pay more for a full size salad. Also, the ranch used to be soooo good, pretty sure they used to make it in house. They changed the ranch this week and it is absolutely vile (I believe it’s Kraft which is the worst ranch). I couldn’t eat my salad. I guess if I want to continue going to trivia, I’ll be bringing my own sauces and seasonings. It’s awfully bold to change the delicious ranch to something so gross in WV where people love ranch. I get they want to save money, but that is not the way to do it. I hope they didn’t ruin the barbecue chicken pizza, will report next week. One positive is that the party bread is really good. But I would trade it back in a heartbeat.

Waited 1 hour and 47 minutes for a delivery that never showed. Ruined mine and the guys I work withs lunch. I guarantee you it's my last time eating there along with these other 3 guys I work with. Didn't even try to fix their mishap. I guess a sorry goes along way to some people, but us 4 that's been hard at it since 6am and starving, sorry isn't gonna cut it!!!

Rude staff, food arrived almost cold ,waitress never came back to check on us until we were done eating and ready to pay the bill .

First time trying Giovanni’s & was completely disappointed! The woman on the phone who shouldn’t be taking orders if she can’t properly write them down & forgetting items. Ordered a pound of traditional hot wings & asked for them well done, I received all drums literally not a single flat. They were soft & barely had any sauce on them. Not to mention how extremely tiny they were! They shouldn’t even be called wings!!! The camera does it justice!! The pizza was flavorless & the dough tasted underbaked. After calling the store & asking do they always put just drums for wings & being told they always do a good mixture of both, telling them I received all drums & the guy just laughed it off saying you received one of the unlucky ones. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I ordered the 5 meat treat and the only thing on it was pepperoni, hamburger and cheese. I called to tell them that it was wrong she said that’s not what you ordered. I have the receipt and email for what I ordered.

Food is not as good as it used to be. Quality has slipped.

Was recently in town to buy a car and grabbed a pizza from Giovanni's. No matter how long I'm away I know I can return here for a stellar pizza. Nothing like it!
