Jimmy John’s reopened today and it is awesome like always!!
To long of a story, just don’t waste your time!
Terrible customer service. Orders are constantly well over an hour to (now almost 2 hours) late. I’ve learned my lesson. I will be ordering food from now on ANYWHERE other than this Jimmy John’s.
If you’re going to be late, you’d think you’d call the customer to confirm it’s okay. I have 30 minutes for lunch at a specific time. I can’t just eat when it decides to show up. If you have endless time and aren’t in a hurry- sure, have at it… but If you are...read full review

Happy customers appreciate the quick service and are excited to see the restaurant back in action.
