Went through the drive through a half hour before they closed to get a chicken wrap. Just something small, because i understand it would be frustrating to have someone show up like that and get a huge meal. the women at the intercom asked what she could get for us. I told her and no response. waited a minute and then said “you still there ma’am” no response. So i thought maybe their speaker went out so i pulled up. A car was in front of me a was waiting before i had gotten there. No one ever came to the window, the people in front of me got out and tried going in but doors were locked. They were obviously as confused as me. But i just drove off. Definitely need better staff. Extremely rude to do someone how they done me. i’m not the type to write a review , but this was just unacceptable.

Great location off of US Rt 60! If one wants to reminisce of days of old in the park with picnic food and sides... then KFC has everything one needs for their trip down memory lane! Highly recommend and bestow my 5 star ? gold rating!

They were very courteous. My order was complex, varied and large. They not only completed it in a timely fashion , they also got it correct the very first time! So many delicious items.. I love KFC but I was torn on which item to get because they add new things all the time. Kayla was super nice, professional and very good at customer service. I had to leave a review for that alone.. Especially in today's world. Breathe of fresh air to encounter kindness!
This is the second time I've ordered a family meal here and asked before I left....are you sure you put the pieces I asked for in the bucket? Yes ma'am! I drive 40 minutes to home. Supposed to have 3 breasts (which I paid extra for) 2 wings, 3 legs. I made it home with 4 thighs and 4 legs. No breasts no wings. I call the store to complain and tell them this is the second time this has happened. He says bring it back and we'll fix it. I explain I live 40 minutes away and that I had specifically asked if my food was right before leaving the store. I went in to the counter ..not the drive thru. He does offer to put my name in "the book" so they can replace it for me next time I'm in. I said that's great but what's my family eating for dinner tonight? (They hate thighs and legs.). Luckily I had ordered extra nuggets on a whim. I guess I'm going to have to pull every piece of chicken out of the bucket before I leave there from now on. ??♀️

Used to be the better location as far as service an food go. Probably the 4th time out of the past 4 times we have ate there they have screwed the order up in 1 way or another. I for 1 like to give benefit of the doubt but 4 outta 4 says "Nope not again" Aside from the 30mins sitting in line awaiting departure, food was under par and of course they gave us some incorrect items. Not sure what the employee working drive thru was on but pretty sure she was on Cloud 9. ????
