I feel bad for these service workers. This place is so chaotic because customers believe KFC is fast food. It takes about restaurant time to even get food prepared. They are entirely bombarded by take out, drive thru, and walkins and they get so flustered. It isn't large enough or employed enough but the workers they do have are trying their best. KFC needs to do better for them.

Good chicken. Hot and fresh. Had chicken liver. So good.
