This place has a awesome staff and delicious food. I love the originality of it. We go there if not once a week at least every other week. And you cant go wrong with anything you order it will come out delicious for sure.

We visited Margaritas Mexican Bar & Grill in Huntington, WV, after seeing how highly rated it was — and at the strong recommendation of our driver. Let me just say: they were absolutely right!

The restaurant is either brand new or extremely well-maintained. It was spotless, nicely decorated, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. We were greeted immediately by friendly, clean-cut staff in uniform and seated promptly in our preferred spot without any issue.

Within moments, we were served fresh chips, salsa, and a delicious ranch-style dip that tasted like Cool Ranch Doritos in the best way possible. Of course, we had to try the queso too — creamy, flavorful, and not too spicy.

The real star of the evening though? The staff. Every single person we encountered was polite, well-dressed, and clearly took pride in their work. Marycruz, who served as both our bartender and waitress, was especially impressive. She was behind the bar mixing drinks, taking bar orders, answering phones, waiting multiple tables (including ours), and helping other team members — all while maintaining a kind, professional, and efficient demeanor. Her work ethic and multitasking were on another level.

Our drinks came out fast and strong, made by Marycruz herself. I ordered the Arroz con Pollo and my husband got the grilled chicken quesadillas with no onions due to a dietary restriction. The food came out fast, hot, and exactly right — no onions, no mix-ups, no delays. The portions were generous, and the flavor was excellent.

They kept the chips and drinks coming all night, and the service was flawless from start to finish. If you’re looking for delicious Mexican food with outstanding service in the Huntington area, Margaritas is absolutely worth your time. We may be based in Central Virginia, but we’ll be back — this place is a gem. 😋

Nice place, good food, and friendly service. Jimmy our server helped us to select some dishes to try. The tacos and the pork with green salsa were good.

Fuy a comer , saliendo del establecimiento me dolió el estómago, se me inflamó y me dio mucho vómito, estaba echada a perder, que horrible experiencia

Margaritas were too sweet and too expensive, impossible to taste whatever little tequila was added. Fajitas were great, other dishes we had were ok.

Best Mexican Food around!

It was the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been too in west Virginia. Very clean,calming atmosphere. I highly suggest you give it a try u won't be disappointed

I go in about once a week for lunch but this time the waitress took my order and never came back, she was checking on all her other tables around me, never re-filled my drink, just didn't want to converse with me, very sad as I tip very well and haven't had bad service before.

Margarita’s was recommended to us by a local and it was fantastic! Nice atmosphere, friendly but professional staff, delicious, authentic, Mexican food and excellent prices!
