This McDonald's is the worst in the tri-state area. They will never have your order correct so check it before you leave. They will forget straws, sauces, napkins, cutlery, and food. They have the worst attitude when dealing with guests. For every 1 thing they get right there are 5 mistakes. As someone who worked at McDonald's for 4 years and managed for 2 more, I know that they aren't even trying to be good at the job. They just want paid. They will deny any mistakes and even if they manage to "fix" it there is still a chance that your food is wrong. Shame on you stadium McDonald's you are a waste of money and space.

Dietary restrictions: Ordered a specific double qtr with just cheese and ketchup because I am pregnant and cannot keep the other bs down because sorry to say it but y'all's pickles and all of that are actually kind of gross, when we left after y'all made us wait to get our order I later discovered I received a Deluxe qtr cheese with no mustard and no ketchup so everything else ... I also ordered fries which yeah good on those but we even talked to the drive thru guy whom had confirmed there was lemonade but no strawberry lemonade so I ordered and paid for a large lemonade also, right, but then according to the lady whom had walked us out the bag we told her we ordered a lemonade also almost like she was going to just walk away practically with our money but she went in and came back out just to say they didn't have anymore lemonade and asked if we would take something else in replacement so I had just asked for a coke. Good job on one, pissing off a pregnant lady and two ruining their day after being at the baby Dr. 😁

So unnecessarily RUDE!!! No customers, No job for you!! DO BETTER!!! AND they're ALWAYS cheating on portions!! I constantly have to go inside after ordering from drive-thru to get my food right!! The 5th ave McDonald's is horrible!! Can't even get the store manager to do their job!!!! They was horribly rude to my mother 65yrs old and my 15yr old son!!! if i could give 0 or negative stars i absolutely would im a college student who barely has any money to begin with and they messed up our door dash order then when we walked to the store to get our food back they made us walk through the line of the drive through in the freezing cold instead of letting us inside and when we finally got to the window a short fat lady with black hair working the window made a comment that we deserved to be out in the cold for insinuating they messed up and get this only gave us one burger that was wrong again they didn’t give us 4 other items we were missing. i worked 5pm - close (5am ish) at cookout in cross lanes 6 days a week so i know its hard to deal with customers but i was extremely respectful the whole time even if i was upset.
It's dislikable. For different reasons. And feel bad for those who eats mc D's

This McDonald’s has went down over the last 2 years I remember the food always being fresh hot and the workers having good customer service now it’s totally different my food is never fresh or hot anymore and the workers get attitudes when you ask them to fix something I just bought a cheese burger 2 fries and 6 piece and 2 mchickens with cheese nugget my fries are cold and hard and my cheese burger is also old and hard and it wasn’t even what I ordered I got a regular cheese burger but was served a hard cheeseburger with no pickles no onions fingers prints all in the bun and this will probably be the last time I eat here and this isn’t the first time there’s one manager that always remakes my order and I also called 3 times to get my food fixed no answer and the drive thru is empty
