This is some incredibly delicious food; much, much better than most other restaurants of its caliber in our area. I was going to write a lengthy review about how the scallops entree was the best meal I've had in ages in Huntington, but they just took it off the menu! :D I came back, though, and had the salmon and it was by far the best salmon I've had in a while in this area. The mixed vegetables were not just a throw-in filler either - they tasted like fresh mushrooms and vegetables just pulled from a kebob stick and arranged on the plate with a luxuriously creamy risotto and again, the best salmon (cooked at exactly the perfect temperature for salmon). There was a sauce offered for the fish but it was so good, it did not need it. My girlfriend also loved her food here as well. The drinks are top notch. I had a regular old fashioned and the bartender was able to handle the delicate balance of bitters to bourbon - making it one of the best in the area. I was not as big a fan of their marmalade old fashioned, but that's just my own preference for the original, I think. My girlfriend has enjoyed wine flights both times and seemed very pleased with the assortment provided. Our server was friendly, helpful, very attentive, and remembered us from a few weeks back. The hostess was kind and also checked in on us as well. Overall, it is probably the best food we've had in Huntington in a while, and, most of the entrees are very healthy to boot. You can tell the chef knows what he is doing at this place. Huntington has a lot of restaurants pretending to be fine dining, but, there is something about the flavor combinations, portions and presentation that makes me feel that this spot is the real deal. Only suggestion would - this place should be open later on the weekends. We would have certainly had a few more drinks! :D

We are in town visiting before moving there for a travel contract and wanted to try this location since they had a seat available outside but after two separate waiters walked by us a dozen times without greeting the table we decided to take our business elsewhere. It is a shame too because the lovely older woman that sat us was wonderful and we were looking forward to our experience.

The food was delicious. Our drinks, delicious. However, the staff was too busy chatting to wait on us. 4 of them, just hanging out at the bar, talking and laughing. While we like that they were obviously happy and enjoying themselves, we expected faster, more courteous service, especially from an almost empty restaurant.

Such an awesome positive atmosphere to enjoy on a Saturday afternoon
This place supposedly has over 90 wines from around the world. However, I’ve been there 4 times the last 5 months and Sip was nothing but a big disappointment. All 4 times they gave me something I did not order. Each time I called them out and the answer was the same each time…it’s the “replacement” for the wine I ordered (at least they are consistent with the lame excuse). What? Replacement? Just tell me you don’t have it and I will pick something else. It’s that simple! Don’t decide what I’m going to pay for on my night out. I thought long and hard about leaving this review and decided that there’s no excuse for such poor service. Please do NOT replace what I ordered with another product.

Had an absolute blast at Sip! They have incredible drinks, and the staff is even better! Lala will help you create completely custom drinks. Also had the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. The drinks are high quality, and it’s just generally an incredible atmosphere! Highly recommend.

Used to love it but espresso martini NOT the same. Cheese board is $22 and has 4 crackers, 2 cubes of cheddar cheese, 2 thin slices of manchego, craisins and small whipped Brie. Not worth $22. Just not what it was a while back. So disappointed.
