Kay, that works the drive thru is a gem. Always has a smile and knows me on sight. I almost always use the drive thru and I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone.
I love Starbucks but I will not be returning to the location on 5th Ave in Huntington, Wv. This was actually recommended by the cashier when I asked her to cut my grilled cheese in half. She then proceeded to give the lady behind me a hard time for asking for a pupachino to go. Someone is having a bad day and taking it out on her customers.
