Don't waste your energy asking for a toasted sub because they won't do it. I stopped eating subway because the stores in Huntington were garbage. I decided to give em another chance back in March. First of all the kiosk is stupid. I had to hang out the window on a cold windy snowy night to order what I thought was going to be a delicious sub. But I was wrong. My sub wasn't toasted and was missing mayo & mustard. I tried again today. My turkey sub was not toasted and the bread was soggy from the bucket of mayo they used. We ordered a 6 pack of chocolate chip cookies and received 4 double chocolate cookies. It's not rocket science it's a sandwich.

We entered the store smiling/having a great day and left the store confused/upset. One of the employees (short pink hair) was unbelievably rude to us and for what reason we still don’t know?
They rolled their eyes and turned their body away from us the moment we spoke to them. Then slammed the oven door after toasting the sandwich. We were in there all of maybe 5min. We still don’t understand what we did so wrong to be treated that way.
We had recently found that we really like Subway and have been eating it more. This was our first time at this specific location…We will go back to the other locations from now on. Steering clear from 5th Avenue because of one employee… sad.

Went through drive through, kiosk didn’t work, they won’t take your order at the window they even have a sign on their window that says they won’t take your order. Anyway got back with my sub, opened it and it didn’t even have any toppings on it! I wanted mayo, mustard, lettuce and banana pepper! All I got was meat , cheese, and mustard! YUCK!

Worst sub I’ve had in my entire life. The peoples attitude stinks. And the sub is just utterly disgusting. They left everything off my sub and I drove all the way back home and had to come back and the sub is still made wrong.
