Went in on day shift to get a chipotle burger,the cashier was super friendly,the rest of the staff was not.
I overheard the grill cook cussing because he had to make the burger,I overhead the older lady talking about her other employees in the worst manner ever to the customers before me.My burger when it finally came was soggy with grease and still pink inside,the fries were cold.
I will never eat there again and will advise others not to as well.
The only good experience I had there was the cashier,this happened 01/08/2024

incredibly understaffed, ordered online, had no idea when the food would be done because they immediately said it was ready when i sent it in, food was both overcooked cold, took almost 30 minutes for a burrito and fries to be made. i do not blame the employees working incredibly hard, but the employers for underpaying their employees, leading to the understaffing issue

Worst experience ever. Waited nearly 30 minutes for french toast. Turns out they forgot to make mine. They did however serve two football players who came fifteen minutes after me with french toast platters. Didn't get a single sorry or apology just a 'here you go' as if it was totally fine. Mind you they weren't that busy and every person who came after us had already gotten their food. Usually have a good experience but the staff tonight made me angry enough to leave this review.

Never felt the need to right a review about a place, but I gotta say, this is the worst run food service I’ve ever seen. Not only are the employees almost always rude, but they also NEVER have their masks on correctly, which is a serious health violation. If you plan to get anything from here, expect to wait 20 minutes for them to remember they have a job to do, scoop some food in a basket, and hand it to you. There are a handful of workers there that do their job and are very nice, but that fails to make up for the numerous bad experiences I’ve had with every other employee there.
