“Perfect spot for a date night! We were drawn to this place for many reasons. From the history and atmosphere to the limited days/hours of service, we knew we were in for a treat. Service was consistent from the moment we arrived.
Chef James Hillen rivals some of the top Chefs that we have dined with. The food was FANTASTIC! Our steaks were flavorful and cooked to perfection with an exceptional sear.
The garlic mashed potatoes were perfectly seasoned and prepared. The homemade mac and cheese was creamy with the perfect crust on top. The salad was a good portion size and tasted like it was freshly chopped and prepared.
The asparagus was cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned. The crème brûlée was balanced and creamy with a delicious hardened caramelized sugar layer.
We can't brag on this place enough and definitely recommend this restaurant. This is a place we will dine at again!“

“Sip is one of our favorite places in Huntington! The food and service are ALWAYS perfect. There are so many delicious dishes to choose from. Sip also has a wonderful wine and cocktail menu. We’ve also enjoyed the special food and wine pairing events. They are worth every penny! Allison is such a warm and friendly owner and is always responsive to guests. “Took the kids here tonight for the first time and everything was delicious! Santa Fe Chicken was well seasoned and the sauce is very creamy, the kids loved their spaghetti, and chicken Caesar salad and we all loved the chips with salsa and queso, fries and the mozzarella sticks. “This is one of my favorite restaurants, ever! I love to bring my out of town family and friends here and always recommend this place to clients. Ive dined here for many holidays, special occasions, last minute dinners, or “just because” at brunch, lunch, and dinner for years and have never ever had a bad experience. They’re creative with their menu options but also have dishes for the pickier eaters - they definitely know how to make a dish their own and every bite is full of flavor. One of my personal favorite dinner options is the salmon and/or their grilled chicken with the tzatziki but my NEW favorite is the bourbon peach glazed pork chop 😍 SO flavorful and the portion is just right, extra good with sweet potato fries and their honey glazed carrots. They’re always improving and curating cool dishes. Cocktails always hit just right, wide variety of local beers, etc. Staff is always accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Playlists always hit, vibes are always high, and the atmosphere is cozy. They keep the place super clean and I’ve always felt safe and comfortable to enjoy myself - no matter if I’m there 45 minutes or hours. Love it here!“
