“Was taken to the kenova restaurant on a date last night, October 18th, and the food was amazing 👏 But the service was subpar After our meals were delivered the server no longer showed up. Noone checked on us. We were not offered refills on our empty glasses. He was at the bar, we made eye contact, we attempted to get him back but we were ignored. I wanted to see the drinks menu, my date needed a refill and we also wanted to order dessert and get a to-go box for our leftover entrée. But we were abandoned by the wait staff I may eventually get take out again but we will never dine in again. I will recommend the food, because it was delicious but will tell people to avoid dining in because the service is abysmal.“

“My wife and I went here tonight and it’s our new favorite. We ordered 3 burria tacos and 3 fiesta tacos. Both were beyond amazing and such a higher quality level than what Tres and El Colonial have. Plus my wife loved the margaritas. Sooo… taking the whole family next week.“

Today my husband and I were eating a quick lunch and all of a sudden he started getting hot and sweating really bad due to his blood sugar dropping (he’s a diabetic). Our waiter noticed and immediately took him into concern and brought him a cake on the house to help him. We love this place and the staff.“

“WARNING! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The food and service were horrible. They served burnt flour chips and didn't bring out a new order of them until the food had been served. Three of us were served burnt chimichangas, and my guacamole was old and bad (had a brown tint). When the server came back after 10 minutes to check on us, and I told him about the guacamole, I was offered more bad guacamole, but no replacement of my chimichanga that had the bad guacamole on it. I sent it all back and will not return to this Tres!“
