We waited at least 10 minutes, was never acknowledged. 2 sets of people walked in after and got immediate service. The lady turned her back and still never acknowledged we were there. Walked out and will never go back there again. I'll forgive a restaurant for bad service once. The second time, I'm done.

Worst pizza from a Pizza Hut in my life ! Had very little toppings on it , hardly no sauce with a little cheese and the crust was like cardboard! Ate half a piece and threw the rest in the trash ! I’ve had way better frozen pizza before than this garbage!

Ordered the stuffed crust pizza. Got it home and there was no sauce!! The girl that took the order was the same girl making the pizzas and the same girl waiting on customers in the lobby. How sad!!

I visited the Pizza Hut in Kingwood, WV recently, and I had a great experience! The food was delicious—hot, fresh, and exactly what you'd want from a classic Pizza Hut. What really made my visit special, though, was the amazing service. My mom works there, and I’m so proud of how kind, helpful, and hardworking she is. She treats every customer with care and makes sure everyone leaves happy. If you're in the area, definitely stop by. You’ll get great food and even better service!

Pizza hut quality in general has gone downhill however this specific Pizza Hut mind you this is the only location in Preston county manages to go against the overall lack of quality. While the original location was turned into a hotspot where they were originally located and to be honest the original building had more charm behind it. The quality of the food itself has stayed consistent and good. Seating is a little small but given this is a small country town it makes sense. This is the only pizza hut in Preston county and with the general consensus that Pizza Hut is terrible now I feel like this specific location is a rare gem at providing good food and service.

The old women that work there are miserable. Don’t dare ask for a spare marinara after waiting at the pick up window for half anan hour hour either. Go to foxs pizza. Better food service and people

$40 for a medium 2 topping pizza and pasta??!! What a rip off. Greasy and flavor challenged pasta was terrible. Has anyone noticed there are no prices on the menu??!! This is a greedy, deceptive tactic. The old Puzza Hut in Kingwood had an outstanding pizza buffet at lunch. We didn't mind traveling to Preston county to eat there. What happened to Pizza Hut? Greedy and deceptive? The only reason I gave one star was we had a good waitress. Will not return!

Just wanted to bring to attention that customer service needs a little work. We had tried to place an order online and it said error, but the money was taken out of our bank account. We called to see if they received the order since our money was taken . The lady whom we talked to gave us attitude and said they didn’t just have a button to push to take the money that it was our banks fault. When we said you don’t need to be rude she responded with even more of an attitude saying she wasn’t . I understand things happen and maybe it wasn’t their fault but there was no reason to be disrespectful to a paying customer.

Order for pickup. Had to repeat my self constantly because they could not hear. Spoke up then was told I didn’t have to scream at them. Then had somebody else pick up only got half the order. Called said they could not do nothing about it. Expect me to pay to drive all the way in to get it. On web site owners comment or message says they deliver. I guess false advertisement. And on top of that it’s the most expensive place to eat. And quality of food and service is horrible. Been along time since ate there for this reason. Thought they might have changed. But that is a big NO. Will not be going back ever. PCs pizza or little ceasers anytime.
