Ordered the house salad which is plain and terrible and ordered the chicken chimichanga. The chicken was dry and impossible to chew and the dough was tough on the outside and raw on the inside. My friend ordered exactly the same thing and both orders were the same. Won't recommend
My roller derby team had our after party here on Saturday, October 11, 2025. The service was amazing, drinks were cold, and food was delicious. Thank you much!

Rosemary's Thyme | Mexican Restaurant offers great food and an awesome atmosphere. The restaurant serves homemade salsa and chips, with every meal being great. Favorites include chipotle chicken and chicken chimichangas. The cozy cabin-style setting is colorful and fun, with friendly and kind staff. The Caldo Tlalpeño is excellent, and the chimichangas are sublime. The green tomatillo sauce is superb. Even the burgers are great. The staff was amazing, and the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. They were great with the kids. The owner was so friendly.
