My food has always been good here. I drive from terra Alta just to get Subway but tonight 6/5/25 at 9:25 pm I went to get subs when I pulled in the girl working throw her hands in the air and started shaking her head. She was disappointed that we were there!! There was a boy working with her and he did a great job! But the girl has a terrible attitude. It almost made me want to walk back out the door because she clearly did not want us there

I’ve never have had to make a complaint here but my food today was pretty bad. The bread looked bad, way smaller than usual, about 1/2 of it was hard. When I ran my store I would never serve a foot long that was like this. And out of bell peppers and olives dang it . Hopefully next time it will be better. I order every Sunday

Ordered catering for 70 people at a local nursing home, the order was 100% correct,, down to the salad dressings (unheard of these days) subs and salads were fresh and delicious. The ladies inside helped get the order out the door in quick fashion as well. The staff were very complimentary of the meals from this locally owned Subway.
11/13/24 I did an online order. Steak n cheese with bacon. They charged me 1.80 for bacon. Got it home, no bacon. And the bun was stale! Few topping also. What a freakin rip off!!! This place went to crap since BFS bought it!!!

Today was Sunday 5/19/24 and this was the first time it seemed like I waited for about 15 to 20 minutes before getting waited on there was 2 working but one was running around but could have stopped and waited on me but she didn’t I understand they have things they have to do but getting costumers out I thought would be priority, since they have been waiting, they was very slow today!!!

I ordered pizza through the app and clicked the toppings I want and they DIDNT put anything!!! NONEEEE just the bacon. At first I thought maybe I made a mistake but it’s even in the receipt. The disappointment when I got home . To whoever made my pizza geezzz please know how to read!
