Took forever to get our food and literally didn’t give us our drinks or half our order we had to go back in to get the rest of our food

Love the reviews from people thinking taco bell pays employees enough that they should have to try at their jobs, they go above and beyond here for what little they're paid. I don't even want to visit Morgantown locations in comparison.

this is the worst place ever, i do not recommend anyone or their mom to eat here, they have at least a 60-70 minute wait, i hate how their staff is so slow and rude.

Went through the drive-through this morning got a crunch wrap supreme no tomatoes, a bean burrito three soft tacos, beef the lettuce on those tacos were nasty. I bought these for friends for us to have for lunch and we couldn’t even eat them. It was gross. The lettuce was brown and you could tell with it be in pre-bag lettuce that it had a smell to it Very disappointed.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been. Every employee was rude. I had my client with me so it was a lunch outing for her and she only had cash. So I ordered on the kiosk and stood in line, waiting to pay since you can’t pay cash at the kiosk. And a male employee on the back line made a comment about being stared at etc. One, he wasn’t being stared at, people were trying to be patient in line and two, it was rude in general to talk about customers in front of their face. When it was time to receive my order, I was watching a client that couldn’t be left alone, my coworkers who were with me and at the front counter said that she’d hand it to me. One of the female employee that put the tray on the counter made a comment and shook her head and walked away. I’m not sure why that was necessary, it’s a safety issue for me to walk to get it and my coworker was right there. Nobody else was in line so no one was being held up. Along with my coworkers being spoken to rude and disrespected. If you don’t know how to be respectful to customers, working a job YOU chose, then you should maybe find a different profession because everyone at this Taco Bell doesn’t have a smidge of customer service in their bones.

Best Taco Bell ever! The Cheat Lake, Westover AND Pateson Drive locations should go up there to Kingwood and take some notes on how to treat people and make good food. 👍

Even my pup was a king today!

Next time I need to run for the border I'm crossing it from Mon to Preston County. I will travel all the way from Motown for that deliciousness and great people!

Serious I left half in the fridge ALL day didn't even heat it back up still 10 out 10.

Keep it up my taco 🌮 legends.
