Lewisburg, WV, is a wonderful town, and Del Sol Cantina is a perfect complement! The restaurant is clean and well maintained (the patio looked very nice, but it was too cold to eat out there). Excellent customer service and the food was absolutely delicious! My mother and I are from out of town and it was so good the first time we ate there, we ate there the second day before heading home. The portions were big and the food was flavorful. Will definitely be back when in town next time.
P.S. Save room for the fried ice cream! It won’t disappoint!
We set out to eat here every time we are in town, as we live about an hour away. We found Del Sol on our anniversary trip and went there for dinner. It was so good, we came back the next day for lunch, too. Lovely atmosphere, especially if you can sit outside on the patio in the evening. Service is always good. Chips are made in-house with Queso and Salsa, and the Margaritas and Martinis are top notch. While it is a little pricier per person in comparison to chain restaurants, the quality and flavors are on point and priced fairly. Service is always good, friendly, and efficient. Del Sol is one of the best restaurants in WV, offering great healthy and tasty food. It is a lovely local eaterie that makes visitors feel loved.
