“My husband and I had our anniversary trip here and it was wonderful! I am a big "Dirty Dancing" the movie fan and have been wanting to visit for a long time. It is a beautiful place and I love that there are markers to show you where scenes of the movie took place. Our room was beautiful as well and so comfy! The entire place was beautiful. The entire staff from check in to restaurant workers were so kind and helpful. I cant wait to go back!”

“I usually order the burgers at the Cafe but they were short staffed yesterday and we had to get BLTs and they were very sad. Lol. The BLTs were made with very thin prepackaged bacon that was gross and there was hardly any bacon on the sandwiches so 50 percent of the time we were biting into just lettuce and mayo. The mayo was caked on in lumps and yuk. Don't order the BLT. It was 18 dollars for 2 of them and they were pathetic. I would have been better off grabbing a premade turkey sandwich from the fridge for half the price.”

“Melissa and her staff always bring a smile. If you are a regular, she knows your order before you have a chance to tell her. Not sure what to order? Their suggestions are spot on. I love the type of ice she uses as it holds up to the summer heat. I've had some sno-cones with a different texture of ice, maybe "more shaved" if that is a thing and I had all syrup in no time. Love the variety of flavors and suggested combos! Two thumbs up!!”

“My husband and I made a trip to Pearisburg this week and had already planned on picking up a pizza so we saw Queen’s and decided to give it a try. Not only was it delicious, it was very reasonably priced! We will definitely be back!”

“I wanted to take a moment to send Rave Reviews for our stay and catering event at Mountain Lake Lodge. Aleta helped us with everything for a fabulous Saturday nite Graduation dinner and then when we found out our lodging was cancelled at another discredited business - Aleta jumped into action and secured rooms for my family of 20 to have places to sleep. Mountain Lake Lodge not only saved the day but made it Magical. Any Virginia Tech families should seriously consider Mountain lake lodge as their first choice for family time.”

“I regularly order my favorite breakfast biscuit by app here and have been extremely satisfied with food and service up until the last couple visits. One early morning female employee has started taking my biscuit as soon as it is made and placing it on the counter in a bag for anyone to grab and my biscuit has been stone cold whenever she is working. I have been curtious each visit but i did ask this morning why she was putting it out on the counter instead of keeping it under the heat lamp. Her answer was rude and evasive. Granted i am only spending 4.44 a morning for a biscuit but i work hard for that 4.44 and i dont think asking for the food to remain under a warmer is asking too much. I have contacted corporate and will be avoiding the local hardees at this time. The app was a way to make ordering easier but it seems to offend the employee in question so i will be seeking a breakfast biscuit with nicer employees that understand cold biscuits are not worth 4.44.”

“I had been hiking the A/T and arrived at the trail head just before sun set, exhausted and hungry i set up my tent and decided to see if anyone would deliver pizza. Much to my delight Pizza Plus would and did deliver. The food was delicious and arrived in a timely manner with a friendly demeanor.”
