“This location is conveniently located inside of a gas station so you can multitask here! Rebecca took great care of us! We ordered the new honey mustard chicken wrap and it was delicious! Quick and prompt. We had a great lunch on the go and she even cut it in half for us! Wonderful employee Subway! Rebecca was very Patient with my ADHD bc I’m inside a convenient store with snacks and all the things! Great lunch our way! Plus we got gas! Right off of interstate ramps. Super convenient! And fresh!“

“I had a good experience, the lady that took our order so joyful , she was in such great spirit and was so nice she is a person that you would want to keep around. She was smiling she greeted everyone with pleasure and it was good to go to fast food place and have good service . You can’t go too many places and get that but the lady who took our order she was perfect. I will come back to Visit on my way back and hope she is working. And the kitchen crew was also so good and it didn’t take long at all for our food. It was very clean in there to thanks to you all.“

“UPDATE! We have been contacted and apologized to and it was made clear this wouldn't happen again. Thank you all for your support, shares, calls and comments! I'm going to remove my bad review from their page and I ask that you all do the same. Everyone is just trying to get thru this the best they know how and businesses are losing enough as it is. “The food was great. The service was questionable, We got there at 7:45 or maybe 8:00 pm, there was plenty of people in the drive through but when we went to the door, they we're both locked. So we got back in the car to head for the drive through then we noticed that an employee was holding the door open so another customer could exit so we cought the guy, asked if we could come in and order and he agreed. So after we walk in, the manager seen us and did not look happy. Well the guy takes our order then goes around the corner and then we hear the manager say to him "you were supposed to act like the lobby was closed, after they leave turn off the front lights and hide from the next ones" LOL btw that store isnt supposed to close the lobby until 11:00 pm.. I guess it had been a long day! ?“

“This is the best Arby's in Raleigh County, WV. It really puts all of the other ones to shame. The staff was extremely courteous and my food was hot and crispy - like it should be. I notice a lot of the other ones pre make everything and it is not fresh at all. This one makes everything fresh and it is so appreciated and enjoyed. Thank you.“

“The receipt shows that I ordered my food to eat inside the restaurant at 12:26. I received my food at 12:50. That’s 24 minutes. When the server put my tray on the table I asked her if anyone at the drive thru had waited that long for their food. A manager came over (Amelia) and explained that a cook had failed to drop some chicken and that’s why my order was so delayed. In fact she went out of her way to apologize and even brought me a fresh meal on my way out the door. I went from leaving a negative review to leaving a positive review. Everyone makes mistakes. Own it, apologize and move forward. Now, I feel I need to put these restaurants on notice. They prioritize the drive thru and the dine in traffic suffers. Stop doing this, please. My dollar spends elsewhere as well.“

“I tried the new Cantina crunchy chicken taco. When I opened it up there was one bite of chicken and a pinch of cheese...and this was priced at $2.99. I complained and they made me a new one ...and it was fantastic. So I went away satisfied...but wishing it had been made properly the first time. Overall, the experience was good...our orders were filled quickly and accurately.“

“Huge homemade biscuits hot and fresh with anything you could want in them, pretty fast drive thru service and the staff are usually pretty friendly. Wished they didn't close at 2 p.m. because we could eat here any time of the day or night.“

“This was the cleanest Wendy’s if not restaurant that I have ever been to. The floor wasn’t slippery and dirty, the bathrooms looked like they were brand new, the tables weren’t sticky, and the condiments bar was speaking clean!!! I tried the limited time pineapple frosty, and while watching them making it, I noticed it’s not actually a different ice cream. They simply squirt “pineapple flavor” into a cup and then added vanilla ice cream in layers with the pineapple flavoring. Once I stirred it up it was actually really good. I liked having a hint of pineapple better than when I got to the bottom of the cup and it was a lot thicker, but I didn’t stir that great either.

“My husband and I ordered delivery this evening (something we rarely do) and we had a wonderful experience. The lady that delivered our food was extremely nice. When we got back in the house our food was fresh and our extra sauces was in the bag. Thank you for a good experience 👍🏽. It was nice to come home after a long day at work and not worry about cooking or going out to get dinner 😁.“

“Called the number listed on google and got directly connected to the store. This is so nice compared to other pizza places where you can’t speak to the store and are connected to a call center.
Shawn answered the phone; he was polite and professional. Assured me that they would Clean Cut my pizza with a clean rocket blade. Even said he hopes I have a blessed day. Nice to interact with someone that takes pride in their job and knows how to be a pro even over the phone.
This review is really for how impressed I was with Shawn. Haven’t received the pizza as yet but hoping for a good experience.
Pizza Hut’s app needs some help. It tries to get you to sign up for a new account even if you already have one and once they’ve texted you a code. Similarly you used to be able to select the style of cut; maybe I missed it but couldn’t find it this time. Hence, I had to call the store.“

“Food was excellent and fast and fresh. It's within a gas station and seating is limited, but everyone is friendly as can be. They serve Pepsi instead of Coke products because of being franchised through the GoMart. They don't have some random menu items (frozen coke, etc) for the same reason. Only other thing I'll point out is that the hours are wrong online. Sat & Sun is 1030a-7p, Mon-Thurs is 6a-9p, Fri is 6a-10p.“

“Once you get past the price of the food that's sub par and actually get your food and try to set somewhere and have fight the sea of either addicts or addicts bc that seems to be all that's there. So to recap atmosphere is unsafe food is 2nd grade service is cold at best and price is triple what it should be“

“We were lost in WV after a huge highway accident caused us to sit for over 3 hours in traffic before we could detour. We were tired, hot, angry, and starving. We passed this Taco Bell and decided to stop for some comforting junk food- After all, we deserved it after our ordeal LOL :) The guy taking our order was very friendly, and our order was quick, correct, and was the HOTTEST fast food I think I've ever gotten! I don't understand the bad views, because this was the best TB we've ever been to.“

“This was my favorite place to eat from here to NC,that i travel weekly and before closing one night the team was gathered around the window where i was tryn to wait on my order but a guy comes to the window and said sry we have to wait 20mins till we can get the ice cream to be fresh out of the bacon wrapped machine i didn't under stand he then explained the bacon was cooled from the ice cream in a special machine that would take 20mins so i said k ill go to the gas station and be back in 20mins so as i pull back in i notice there are no lights on and nobody in the store so he just lied to me to keep from making my milkshakes but that fine cuz i was spending over 300 a week there so somebody will feel the lose of me never eating there ever again!!! “I have visited This Arbys almost Daily for almost 5 years to get their wonderful shakes plus other foods, they have a wonderful and friendly staff starting with the General Manager , the Shift Supervisors, and the whole Crew, I know them and the know me,treat me special, they are just First Class all the way!, The food is very good too and priced right, can’t think of a Better place to spend my $$$. “I use the online ordering system at this subway 3 or 4 times per week as the first stop of my morning commute to work. The service is always excellent and the food is always fresh. They start making my order immediately after placing it online, and it’s always ready when I arrive. Best subway in the surrounding area by far. 10/10 would recommend.“

“I went through the drive thru yesterday on the way to the UBB dirt track races, ordered a $5 fill up, was told that the 2 piece with side, cookie, and drink price is now $7.49, add tax, and total was $8.01. Quality was not a good value, small pieces of chicken, biscuit was cake doughy in middle, not browned, small in size, mashed potatoes and gravy had been reheated, Pepsi favorless, carbonated, watered down. I was hungry to boot. Expected a little more, not a good value, even for $5.“

“Ive read some of the reviews on here that are bad and I feel like this location gets more bad reviews for stupid stuff than it should. I am die hard qdoba guy and because of this I know which locations to avoid and which ones I love. I travel for work a lot. Work recently has me in west virginia and I have been to this location MULTIPLE times before writing this review. Every time I have been in, the staff are nothing but kind and professional, my food is prepared immediately, the diner is clean and most importantly, they always have food and cookies. Some locations (not in west virginia) have had the OPPOSITE of everything I listed so I can confidently say this is a really good location!! Give these peeps a raise! Definitely coming back!!“

“We arrived at 40mins before closing and they’re still very welcoming. Food still fresh and has everything on the menu. The staff working here tonight is what make the place 10/10. “What a great, positive experience. The restaurant design is cold modern. No human interaction or anything in the design. Order at the touch screen. But they had put up scarecrows and nice decorations. They ran out of large fry containers, but the woman made sure we knew that we got two mediums in place of one large. She was so kind and generous. Great eye contact. I have never felt so cared about at a McDonald's or even known that I wanted to feel cared about at a McDonald's. The team seemed relatively happy to be there doing their jobs. Thank you Harper Rd McD for putting people first. It was really felt.“

“It was a pleasant experience. Got a 6 inch Italian BMT, I kinda feel like there was a bit TOO much meat on it though. Subway's prices have gotten a bit high, but I would still go back. Overall good.

“Placed my order online, received a confirmation with a 10 minute time frame when it would be ready. I arrived at the beginning of that time frame and it was ready and waiting for me. Staff were extremely nice. This is a carry out or delivery restaurant as i saw no tables or boothes so if you are looking to dine in this is not recommended. However if you are looking for delivery or take out they are awesome. I have ordered from here multiple times and I remember one day when they arrived my card had not went through for some reason and I was scrambling to find money to pay for it. I was $2 short for the amount I owed and the delivery man told me it was ok he would cover it and i was so sorry because I always tip my delivery men i always add it to my bill and pay it on line and I will say when they arrive before they leave I ask did they get the tip and i have not had one tell me no yet. But this man gave me my food and covered the $2 so later like 7 days later (as I had no vehicle or anything do to unfortunate circumstances & was told to not go home yet)I went to the place of business but the young man was not working that day and i asked for the manager and explained to him how nice the delivery man was and asked him to give him the envelope for me and he assured me he would. I then left; 4 hours later going back and parking across the street at a shopping center. The spot i choose giving me a good view of the front of the store. About 5 minutes later I was watching the delivery boy get in his car with a delivery and was dissapointed thinking he was not going to get the envelope, but to my surprise i saw the manager come walking out at a pretty fast pace and stopping him. He walked over to the car and handed him an envelope I don’t know what was said as I am to far away but watching the interaction the man opened the envelope and was looking around handed the manager something who then started looking around to. After looking around a minute the manager handed him the thing that he handed him back patting him on the back and getting in his car and leaving. The delivery boy looked around a little longer before spotting me (i think anyways cause looking at me he held up the envelope and I smiled and pulled away). I tell this long story not to get oraise for myself but to show first how generous this man was in paying$2 and giving me my food he did jot have to do that he dis not know my story he was just a good kindhearted man who passed on to someone in need that day and i say man he was a young man who the day i came in contact with him had just started his second job for the day after getting off his first job and having enough time to pick his son up from day care and taken to his parents who would watch him until he got iff that night. He would do this every day with an addition 3 days a week of taking classes to better his potential and his future so he could provide for his son. This young man needed every penny he got to provide for his son and him but saw in his heart to give me $2 of what he had and probably needed more than me so I could get my delivery that day when he could have turned around and taken the food back with him. He humbled me. Now onto the manager I left something with him for this young man that when i did i was not sure he would get. So I decided while i was shopping I was going to go back and just watch and see if the young man got what i left for him that was if I could find an area to park and set where I would be able to see the front of the store well but not be seen myself. When the delivery man came out and put the delivery in his car and walked around getting into his car I was highly disappointed but mot for long as the manager came out stopping him and handing him the envelope. This restored my faith that good honest people are still out here. This delivery boy humbled me and restored my faith in people that day as I was very unsure good people still existed anymore. So I want to say they have awesome pizza and good humble honest staff with my expired.“

“was very good yesterday but the lady at the register with red hair n braids denied my son a BBQ sauce with his nuggets said we needed to pay for.it .....umm he gets 1 sauce with nuggets had to eat his food with ketchup. better be glad I didn't come up there to say something my husband stopped me. will be speaking to the manager about it next time im.in there rude asf 😒 guess NOT CHILD FRIENDLY 😒“

“As far as Arby’s go, this location had great service, clean dining area, and the food came out fast and good quality. When my wife asked for a spare bun they even asked if she would like it toasted, which for fast food is definitely going the extra mile for customer service. Better than most Arby’s. Adding to our roadtrip list of places to stop for a quick bite.“
