“My husband and I hardly ever get to splurge and eat out and we are ok with that because these days it's very hard to find a place with food preparation is good and good food!Christmas plans this year we decided to just try our luck and eat out instead of buying presents for each other. We both was hungry for pizza so we went to pizza Hut... Praying food and service would be on our side for a nice early Christmas dinner.John, (made our pizza...... we've never seen or met him before) and what a PERFECT PIZZA he made!!! It was cooked perfect and the ingredients were all fresh and tasty!!!The service was great and everyone was very kind and said hello and actually was smiling!!!!! Great atmosphere at this Pizza Hut.... “customer service sucks. order placed in drive thru rung up incorrectly and manager accused me of ringing it up wrong. when explained I didn't she mumbled under her breath but was cussing me. told her I didn't appreciate it and she lied and said she was saying something else. when I said I heard her she rudely stated "it's called freedom of speech. read up on it." someone in customer service should not speak to or treat customers that way. they have made my orders wrong on multiple occasions and charged me the wrong price and refused to correct it. mobile orders not brought out even when no one in drive thru to wait on. be prepared to wait in either drive thru lane while 5-6 cars in other lane orders are taken before you. it's gotten so much worse in last year.“
