“Upon the new Subway, currently here, after the prior one caught fire, the staff has stepped up and everytime we go there, our orders are as requested. The employees, every one of them at varying times are kind and friendly. The new Subway is one of kind not comparable to the former one here at this location where the orders were messed up consistently and the lack of customer care was quite apparent with the employees negative attitudes where it was made apparent they were not wanting to be at this job. While this Subway was out of commission, we went to the Subway in Lewisburg and had 100 percent satisfaction with correct orders, kindness and efficiency. This was quite a difference than the former Fairlea Subway out of commission. I am pleased with the new employees at the Fairleigh location and commend them for their efficiency and work ethics they bring forth. The quality of food used does vary from time to time where the meatballs taste burnt for example, yet the employees, again, are on point.“

“I used the drive thru, the register person was an older woman like myself. She did great. I did ask for hot french fries and the fries were hot but when I got to eating my have this one restaurant's sandwich. It was cold but a cold roast. Beef sandwich was still good because I added onion, lettuce and tomato.“

“I feel as if the newer employees are not trained for customer service. You could stand at the register for 5 to 10 mins and never get a "We will be right with you" or "Welcome to McDonald's". There is no acknowledgement of your existence until they absolutely have to come up to the front counter.“

“Such a better atmosphere since they replaced the GM. He was terrible and very unprofessional. You can tell the new GM is going to turn this place around for the better. It's much cleaner, and the workers don't seem as stressed out.“
