Over the last year or two I've noticed quality of food and mistakes in orders has fluctuated back and forth often and they often seem understaffed like many other places. In my opinion EVEN if orders take longer for me and most likely everyone else for myself, I'd rather have it done right than fast. When it's after dark and 9ish pm after I've worked I do not have time to check 2 large bags for a correct order and several times have been missing 1 to 3 things. I'm definitely not driving 18 miles back to have it corrected.“

“We (our family of 7) showed up at 9pm after our local high school graduation. Crystal was great, took care of us and online orders that were coming in like a pro! She was the only one working too! She kept a great attitude and was very polite! Food was great!“

“I was there at lewisburg wv two days ago and had to wait for my fresh hot crinkle fries. The elderly gentleman that fell on wet floor and witnessed that the crew members had not even come to his aid for help. The cashier just stood there not aware of what happened by yelling GO GET THE MANAGER she casual walk to the edge of the counter and said nothing. She did not come over to him asked ARE YOU ALRIGHT. She just stood there not wanting to get involved or nothing just blank stare. Until the cashier said do you want me to call 911. This very unprofessional work place what if he broke his elbow or hip. He could have sue the store.“

“Had a coupon for buy 1 get one vsandwich free. I decided to go Big Arch. I really really like this burger. I saw a picnic table (may be for employees) on left side as you face the business from road/entrance. I really like the Big Arch. I have been twice lately for first time in years because if this burger. They were out of white cheese so made these with standard cheese. Ate one for lunch. one for dinner. Has to be the only McDonald's burger that I can only eat one of“

“This store was very clean and the staff were kind. We were greeted immediately upon entry, the first person to help us with our order was efficient and friendly.

They had an ingredients stocked and were well staffed. The store and bathroom area were clean.

We remarked this was one of the nicest Subways we’ve been into in a long time. Happy we made the decision to stop on our roadtrip.“
