“We stopped by here for lunch during our road trip. Excellent customer service! The man in the drive through was patient and kind. The food was better than I remembered - it's been years since I've been to a KFC. I'd come here again just for the customer service if we weren't just driving through.“
“This Wendy’s was straight ???! They forgot to put straws in my bag but that’s really no biggie. I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich and dipped it in the Ghost Pepper Ranch and let me tell you this was off the chain good! If you like spice try it out! Overall, food was hot, service was fast, and I was satisfied!“
“The food was great. The service was questionable, We got there at 7:45 or maybe 8:00 pm, there was plenty of people in the drive through but when we went to the door, they we're both locked. So we got back in the car to head for the drive through then we noticed that an employee was holding the door open so another customer could exit so we cought the guy, asked if we could come in and order and he agreed. So after we walk in, the manager seen us and did not look happy. Well the guy takes our order then goes around the corner and then we hear the manager say to him "you were supposed to act like the lobby was closed, after they leave turn off the front lights and hide from the next ones" LOL btw that store isnt supposed to close the lobby until 11:00 pm.. I guess it had been a long day! ?“
“Add far as atmosphere, is fine but only 3 stars because after all, it is a Dairy Queen. Just went through the drive through and got Blizzards. They were fine after we figured out who's was who's because they were not marked nor did they tell us.“
“I went through the drive thru around 9:45 PM on February 14. I had driven 4 hours and was extremely hungry. I was worried about the time because they were probably getting ready to close and I would get a mediocre hamburger and unfriendly service. I was pleasantly surprised!!! The staff was very professional and curtious. The hamburger was beautifully crafted, fresh and hot off the griddle. Best hamburger and service I've had in a long while!!! Just want to thank those folks!!!“
“Stopped in early to try their breakfast for the first time the other day, I was out of town and found myself in a small town in WV called Beaver.There were the usual fast food joints in this little community but I'd had my fill of places like McDonald's and the like so I opted for something new or at least new to me. I may have been the first walk in customer of the day because they had just opened and the place was empty of diners and nobody was tending the cash register either, but fortunately there were kiosks where you could place your order and take your time doing it too.My wife was with me and we both selected what we figured would be good and patiently waited for our food to arrive... it seemed to take a bit longer than we thought it should but we didn't complain because we weren't really in no rush. After a bit we determined the reason for the longer than expected wait was due to the fact that there was but one lone employee taking care of the entire establishment, I mean this young lady was cooking, taking orders from the drive thru, tending the front counter and doing it all very efficiently and most importantly our order was accurate and fresh and served with a very unexpected good attitude despite the overwhelming amount of work that should never be placed on an individual employee for what you know is a very low wage.The food was delicious, the place was clean, our order was correct, and best of all we didn't have to listen to any belly aching about how bad she was being taken advantage of in the workplace... I wish I would have cought her name because I surely would have complimented her by name in this review and I also would have pleaded to her manager to give her a healthy increase on her paycheck for the stellar job she was doing that morning.So if for some crazy reason you are that young lady and you're reading this I would like to personally thank you for a job well done and my wife seconds that opinion as well.By the way it was Sunday June 4th 2023, right after the doors opened... you probably won't remember us but we'll certainly remember your hard work and great attitude that day.“
“Pit stop during a road trip over Thanksgiving weekend. It was a zoo....like all places near the highway that weekend....and the team at this location was THE BEST. 10 to 15 minute wait for food, people lined up outside the door waiting for orders and the bathrooms yet every team member was patient, kind and doing all they could to help families with kids and others needing assitance. Chickfila food is always awesome! So this great team is icing on the cake of a great place. Chickfila needs to put more signs on the highways alerting us to locations.“
“Lately, I've been trying even harder to eat more healthily. Ordered the 8pc grilled chicken nuggets & the kale side salad (comes dressed with a delicious and light dressing and you can add the pkg of sliced almonds they provide) They're both delicious on their own or you can top the salad with the chicken if you like. I bring my own bottled water. Service is always friendly and quick.Vegetarian options: kale salad.macaroni and cheese.french fries.potato chips are gluten-free...“
“These Biscuit Worlds are all over the cities in West Virginia where we had visited recently. We had the biggest and best biscuit I've had in a while plus the gravy, bacon, and eggs were absolutely delicious. The low price was icing on the cake and the cooks and servers were very friendly and courteous. Wish they were in our state and area!“
“Ordered 2 melts off line and I have never gotten a melt that tasted that good. I couldn't have eaten anything better from any restaurant in Beaver.
